The Pride Outlander Full Platform Exterior Lift is designed to hold most mid-weight power scooters and lift chairs. It can be ordered in one of two ways, a lock-down arm designed for securing scooters or a set of ratcheting straps than can secure a power chair or scooter. Standard features of this lift, include a license plate holder, adjustable wheel chocks, and a manual override.
Every Pride Outlander lift comes with a battery pack so that you don't have to worry about wiring the lift to your vehicle's battery.

Great design that operates on it's battery and lifts scooter so it doesn't scrape going in and out of driveways. The swing away is an outstanding feature. The platform is a lot better than tracks that some lifts have. Also, being able to enter and leave going forward is nice.

Instruction said to remove pivot bolt which is not necessary and could be dangerous. Otherwise assembly and placement was straight forward. Two people are needed to lift and blot ramp to hitch.
