The AmeriGlide Traveler is a good choice for users who may not use a scooter very often but like the convenience of a travel model they can take anywhere. Because of its low price, this is also a good option for people who need a mobility aid while recovering from surgery or illness.

Travel scooters have low ground clearance, which makes them ill-suited to use on rough outdoor terrain, so the Traveler works best indoors or on smooth paved surfaces. Although 275 pounds is a higher weight capacity than many other travel models, you may still require something sturdier.

With top speeds of 4 mph and the ability to run for 8 miles before recharging, the Traveler is a quick and energy-efficient method of conveyance. It's also easy to disassemble and take along in your car when you're out and about.
